“It had been many years since I had regularly attended a Yoga Class. So, being quite a bit older and considerably less fit, it was with some nervousness that I decided to start again. Throughout the ‘lockdown ‘ period I was able to take classes with Virginia and it was such a good decision.
Although her class was run online, she made me feel as if we were in a shared space. Her classes were so well planned and structured and my individual needs were really taken into consideration. As a teacher, she made me feel very relaxed and confident to re learn at a gentle pace. With her experience, knowledge, and guidance, I regained my confidence, physical strength and some suppleness.
Virginia has the ability to explain the exercises well, observed me carefully, monitoring that exercises were being done correctly and safely. She was patient and thorough and was always happy to repeat exercises or explain the purpose of a particular movement.
